Executive Leadership

Executive Leadership provides overall direction for Lukulu District operations, ensuring that decisions made by elected officials are carried out efficiently and in line with the priorities of Lukulu residents.

The Chief Executive Officer (Council Secretary) serves as the Controlling Officer, responsible for coordinating council departments, managing resources, and guaranteeing that policies are implemented transparently and effectively.
